Ingredients 1/2 can spam Kamaboko 1 romaine lettuce 1 cucumber Somen dressing Wasabi (optional) Cut the spam into strips. Fry until brown. Cool. Boil somen following directions on package. Cool when done. Cut lettuce, kamaboko, cucumber into similar size strips. Make the somen sauce per directions on the bottle. Mix all ingredients together and serve
