Shoyu Chicken


Ingredients:

  • Any amount of frozen bone-in chicken
  • Aloha BBQ Sauce
  • Grated ginger
  • 1 – 2 Potatoes (optional)

All you have to do is put the chicken in the pot, pour enough aloha BBQ sauce on it to half cover the chicken and grate ginger on it…cook on med high heat and cover. Cook for about 45 minutes or until middle if the chicken is not pink.

If you want to add potatoes add 1-2 potatoes cut into chunks and add them about 25 minutes after starting the chicken.
