Pork Chop Suey
Ingredients
1 lb thin sliced belly pork
2 packages of chop suey mix
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger (eyeball it)
1 cup chicken broth (1 cup)
Grated ginger (about 1 teaspoon)
Shoyu
Patis (fish sauce)
Pepper
Directions
Cut the pork in 1 inch pieces
Chop the garlic
Sautée the garlic until fragrant
Add the pork and cook until no pink is showing
Add in chicken broth
bring to a boil so any missed pork is cooked.
Add chop suey mix
Season with pepper, shoyu, and patis
Bring to a boil. Cook the vegetables to your liking.
