4-5 cloves chopped garlic
3/4 of large onion
4 large celery stalks
1 lb beef
2 green bell pepper
1 squash
1 zucchini
2 tomatoes
Seasoning (som good seasoning or garlic salt)
Patis (fish sauce)
Sautée garlic and onion, add beef. Season meat. Cook until browned. Add bell pepper and celery and Patis, cook 5 minutes. add tomatoes. Add more seasoning if you want to. Cook until vegetables are soft (cook 5-10 minutes).
